Curded cream cheese with dried fruit

Chop the dried fruit and pistachio nuts into small pieces. Bring 10 cl of water together with the sugar to the boil. Add the dried fruit stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Divide 400 g of curd cheese between 4 small dishes, cover with the dried fruit. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Served topped with a spoonful of honey if wished.
