Dried fruit tart
Ingredients :
- 200 g stoned dates
- 200 g halved walnuts
- 100 g dried figs
- 225 g raisins
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 eggs beaten
- 150 g sugar
- Pre-baked shortcrust or sugar pastry tart base (prick base with a fork and cook blind for 10 minutes).
Recipe :
Finely chop the dates, walnuts and figs and mix with the raisins, lemon juice, eggs and sugar.
Pour the mixture into the tart base and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
