Frangipane cake

Ingredients :
- 200 g ground almonds
- 2 round puff pastry bases
- 150 g de butter
- 3 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- rum
Recipe :
Mix the sugar, butter, 2 eggs and ground almonds together. Flavour with a drop of rum.
Spread the mixture onto the first base, insert a charm and cover with the second base. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven!
For cooks in a hurry, Sun offers readymade frangipane: just add 70 g of butter, 3 eggs and the puff pastry (recipe printed on Sun food trays).
