Panciale (Italian dried fruit and honey cake)

Cooking time : 1 hour

Ingredients (for 1 cake) :

Recipe :

Chop the walnuts hazelnuts and almonds in a mixer (the fruit should not be ground!) and cut the apricots and figs into small pieces.

Mix all the fruit with the honey and the flour.

Pour into a Charlotte mould lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 1 hour at 160-170°C
